Room Rates

All rates are per room, per night, and include a full Scottish breakfast. Prices are based on two people sharing unless otherwise stated.

• Children up to 7 years old in foldaway beds stay free, though any meals will be charged pro rata. Extra beds for children 8 years and over are £85 per night.

• Rates are not applicable to Christmas and New Year Festive Period and any special events.

• A deposit of one night per room is required for all bookings. This is refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation policy: 14 days

• If cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged.

• If cancelled before 14 days of arrival date, a refund will be given of the deposit paid.

• Please note that different terms and condition will apply for booking of 10 room nights or more.

• A charge of £20 per dog, per night will be applied.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at Greywalls Hotel in any of our bedrooms for £20 per dog, per night. We ask that they are not left unattended; if left in the room, they must be in a travel crate and remain quiet to avoid disturbing other guests. Special meals can be arranged on request, and towels are always available after outdoor adventures. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the public rooms or other shared areas of the hotel.
