
Colonel’s House
Colonel’s House is a light and airy lodge built in the late 1960s by the Weaver family for Colonel Weaver’s retirement, giving the home its name. Just beyond the hotel gates and only 500 yards from Greywalls, it offers an extra level of privacy while still being close to the Main House.
Sleeping up to eight guests, the house is ideal for family holidays, golfing getaways, or special occasions. It can also be booked alongside Greywalls, providing additional accommodation for weddings or truly memorable celebrations.

Thoughtfully decorated throughout, Colonel’s House has everything you need for a luxurious cottage stay. The classic drawing room opens through French windows to a private garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying the warmer months. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to dine in with friends and family at your leisure, while a small, cosy study offers a quiet spot to read or to set out a drinks tray before the evening begins.
Upstairs, four spacious bedrooms are elegantly furnished, each with its own bathroom. Two include private ensuites, while the other two have bathrooms just outside the rooms. Additionally, two smaller single rooms adjoin one of the doubles and share bathroom facilities, making the house both flexible and comfortable for groups.
