About Chez Roux
Serving Scottish ingredients with a French twist, the Chez Roux Restaurant at Greywalls takes its name from the late, world-renowned chef Albert Roux. Roux was the first UK chef to earn three Michelin stars before creating a collection of restaurants known for refined, high-quality cuisine—just like the plates we serve here in Gullane.
Whether you join us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, our menus are designed to delight the palate, and we are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements on request.
