Dining at Greywalls’ Restaurant
In addition to the stunning accommodation on offer at the hotel, you can also visit the Greywalls restaurant, Chez Roux, to sample the delights of refined fine dining surrounded by an authentic and sophisticated interior.
Spread across four rooms, including a Whisky room and Garden Room, Chez Roux can offer settings to suit the occasion, season or time-of-day. The service matches that of the hotel; welcoming yet refined, attentive yet unobtrusive.
We serve dinner seven days a week, our roast lunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and our bar/lounge menu is available every day from 12 - 10pm. We welcome non-residents.

Please note that the time you book is your arrival time and you will be taken to your table half an hour after this. i.e if you wish to dine at 8pm, please book 7.30pm arrival, for drinks and we will take you to your table at 8pm.
