Wine Waiter

This role would be suitable for someone with a good basic wine knowledge who wants to learn more in this specific area. You must want to work at the highest level and be ambitious and self motivating. Duties include First Class Wine Service, Stocktaking, Ordering and Control as well as Cellar Management. Live in accommodation is available.

Waiting Staff

Greywalls is a country house hotel and we work hard to achieve our high standards and attention to detail. We would hope candidates would be working with us for up to one year, if not for a longer period of time. Applicants must have a good level of English both spoken and understanding. Previous experience within hotel/restaurant industry is essential. We do ask that any applications should be in English please. We have live in accommodation available and staff meals are provided. A recent photograph along with your CV would be greatly appreciated.

Full Time Reservationist

9 months maternity cover from December, possibly longer.
Shifts: 3pm – 10pm weekdays and 7am – 5pm weekends.
Must be experienced in the role, be well organised and have excellent telephone and communication skills.

Part Time Reservationist

4 nights a week (2 weekdays and every Saturday & Sunday).
Shifts: 4pm – 10pm.
Must be well organised with excellent telephone and communication skills.
